- IMHO you need two books. First the "Windows Bible" by petzold,
- Programming Windows 3.1. This book (at least my edition) was totally C
- NOT C++, however, it shows the original thinking behind windows.
-
- The second book that I have found useful is, so to speak, from the
- horse's mouth. Pete Beckers "Turbo C++ 3.1 for Windows, Programming
- for beginners" i think is the title (book at home, i'm at work). Pete
- works for borland BTW.
-
- Gerry Picard
- "The great-great-great-great-great-great-great-greatgrandfather of capt
- Jean Luc Picard"
